Texas World Dueltrack
Reid, Texas

This dueltrack was built in 2038 on the site of the old NASCAR track in Reid, Texas. It runs a regular season from March to October, but is open all year except for Christmas. Featured vehicles include cars, cycles, and trikes in both dueltrack and regular racing. Gas powered events are more common and popular but there are electric-only events as well. The Texas World Dueltrack is part of the Shooting Star Circuit.

Track Features:
The outer walls are 15 feet high and have 150 DP. Inner walls are 3 feet high and have 50 DP. Paved track surface with no banking. Central garage is 15 feet high and has 100 DP. Each TV tower is 60 feet tall, has 100 DP, and is equipped with a universally turreted VMG in each corner. Beyond the outer walls are the grandstands, standing 90 feet high and have 100 DP. Capacity is 10,000. Overall track length is .53 of a mile.

Track Rules (applies to all races and events except where noted) :
No dropped weapons of any kind. No turrets, rocket platforms, and EWP/REWPs.

Dueltrack Rules:
Up to one-third (round down) of a vehicle's total space can be used for direct-fire weapons.

Regular Races:
Zero to four spaces of direct-fire weapons may be mounted in vehicles. Actual amount determined by racing officials. Though uncommon, gas and electric powered racers can compete together in the same events.

Schedule:
Monday - Closed.
Tuesday - Practice Sessions.
Wednesday - Challenge Night.
Thursday - Amateur Night.
Friday - Time Trials.
Saturday - Special Events.
Sunday - AADA Divisionals.

Special Events:
24-Hour Racing - Held twice a year in January and July. Combat takes place once an hour and last for five laps. Racers can recharge and reload during planned pit stops. Prestige is tripled for the top four winners.

Texas Challenge - An annual tournament, lasting one week, pitting racers in Texas against each other. The winner takes home one million dollars. Prestige is doubled; for the winner it's tripled.

Tournaments - Local, state, and regional level events are held at the Texas World Dueltrack. Prestige is multiplied by the tournament level (local x1, state x2, and regional x3).
