Sullivan Arena
Anchorage, Alaska
Anchorage, since the Food Riots, is the capital of Alaska. Like it was
in the 20th century, the state is still mostly wilderness. The vast majority
of the population live in metropolitan Anchorage and a half-a-dozen other
cities. The Sullivan Arena, originally a sports complex, was rebuilt to hold
autodueling events in its enclosed arena space. Events are held year-round,
untouched by Alaska's weather, but the normal dueling season is from May
to September. Cars, trikes, and cycle events are featured at the Sullivan,
and the arena is part of the Great Northwest Circuit.
