NOVA rebuilt its HQ after an ARF attack in 2035. A practice arena was
constructed in conjunction with a new HQ. It's used exclusively by NOVA
members and guests for informal challenges and testing of various vehicles.
The arena is open to the public during NOVA's Anniversary Celebration and
Auto Show. It's also been used as a convoy staging area.
Arena Notes:
The arena is half paved and half off road. There are no grandstands
and all action is recorded by video cameras. Walls are 100 DP and are 25
feet tall. Gates are 40 DP each. The guard house has access to NOVA's
three underground levels, including the underground garage area.
Defenses:
The turrets are either armed with two linked VMGs, a BC, or hyper-velocity
missiles. Armaments are changed on a frequent basis.
Arena Schedule:
Varies. There's no set schedule and events are rarely televised. After
the ARF attacks, news copters are forbidden from flying over the NOVA compound.
Special Events:
Anytime the arena is opened to the public is considered a special event.
