High-Velocity Ammunition (HIVELOC): 2x CPS, WPS: normal. For
LMGs, MGs, HMGs, LVMGs, VMGs, HVMGs, ACs, MACs, VCs, SHACs, and all types
of tank guns.
High-velocity ammunition does 1.5x damage to all
armor types. It will not remove metal armor DP, regardless of how many
6's are rolled.
Tungsten Shot: CPS 5, WPS 1. For vehicular shotguns only.
This ammunition is loaded with superhard shot made
of tungsten alloy instead of lead. A vehicular shotgun loaded with this
ammunition does 3 hits of damage to the target. Tungsten shot may be mixed
with any other type of VSG ammunition. It may be used in a regular shotgun.
Slug Loads: CPS 10, WPS 1. For vehicular shotguns only.
A VSG with Slug loads does 1d6-2 damage to the target
(full to vehicles). Slug loads do 1D6 to pedestrians, and may be mixed
with any other type of VGS ammo. They may be used in a regular shotgun.
Grease Ammunition: 1.5x CPS, normal weight. For OGs and all types
of rockets & rocket launchers.
Grease ammunition has the same effects as paint
and a duration of 5 turns. No-paint windows don't work against it. Additionally,
any laser (except x-ray) whose optics are coated by the grease will not
work for 3 turns.
Flame-Cloud Ammunition: CPS 150, WPS 7.5. For OGs only.
This type of ammunition produces a 1" x 1" counter
that works just like a regular flame cloud.
Foam Ammunition: CPS 5, WPS 5. For OGs only.
Foam Ammunition produces a 1" x 1" counter that
lasts for 60 seconds or until it is used to put out a fire. It will extinguish
flaming oil on a D6 roll of 1-5 (HT flaming oil will be put out on a roll
of 1-4). Vehicular fires will be extinguished on a 1-5 if the vehicle is
hit directly (1-3 if the vehicle drives through the cloud of foam). The
1" x 1" foam counter is as slippery as oil, so any vehicle driving through
it has a +D2 to any maneuver or hazard taken on it.
Fog Nitrous Oxide: $1,000, 25 lbs, 1/3 space, 1 DP.
Opening one of these tanks is a firing action. Using
FNO raises acceleration by 15 mph and top speed by 65%. The effects last
for 3 turns. A weapon timer may be used to trigger multiple tanks in succession.
Reinforced Camper: +$1,000 to base cost, +250 lbs to base weight.
A reinforced camper may use a 4-space turret or
cupola. It has 16 body spaces and 6 cargo space due to the space taken
up by its reinforced structure.
Extended-Cab Pickup (XCPO): +$200 body cost, +100 lbs to body
weight.
This modification may be made to pickups and campers.
It takes 2 spaces from the cargo area and adds them to the body (allowing
a bigger engine or more weapons to be carried). Armor cost and maximum
load are not affected.
