This category is all-inclusive. All types of body styles are found here, from motorcycles to luxuries. "Pure" racing vehicles (Indycars, sprint cars, etc) are featured prominently. The common denominator of this category is that few of these vehicles are designed for combat.
JOKER
When this car enters the track, the only one who is going to be laughing
is the driver. The Joker can out-accelerate any other standard racing vehicle
except a dragster.
Joker: Streamlined funny car, active suspension, blueprinted 700 CI gas engine w/ tubular headers, VP turbocharger, supercharger & 5-gallon duelling tank, 4 FPPR racing slicks, driver, safety seat, roll cage, HD shocks, HD brakes, anti-lock braking system, overdrive, spoiler & airdam, FP Armor: F20, B15, R10, L10, T5, U5. ROCKET CYCLE
The Rocket Cycle is a specialized racing design with no combat capability
of any kind. The acceleration of 20 assumes that the rocket booster is
set to burn 20 lbs of fuel per turn.
Rocket Cycle: Streamlined hvy cycle w/ CA frame, hvy suspension, 400-lb rocket booster, 2 PR racing slick cycle tires, cyclist, cycle windshell, HD shocks, HD brakes, anti-lock braking system, Armor: F11, B10. Acceleration: 20, HC: 4, Top Speed: 485 mph, 1,000 lbs, $11,832.
SCREWED POOCH
Michael Garrity used this design to win the 2044 AADA World Racing
Championship. In that contest, the Screwed Pooch achieved some of the highest
acceleration ever recorded in official AADA competition (0-150 mph in two
turns).
Screwed Pooch: Streamlined sprint car, x-hvy chassis, active suspension, blueprinted 250 CI gas engine w/ tubular headers, VP turbocharger, supercharger & 5-gallon duelling tank, 4 FPPR racing slicks, driver, FP spoiler & airdam, HD shocks, HD brakes, anti-lock braking system, overdrive, no-paint windows, radar, 1 tank nitrous oxide, 3 1-space EWPs (R, L, T) w/ jettison joints & 100 lbs rocket booster in each, FP armor: F15, B15, R10, L10, T0, U0. STONEFISH
One school of racing thought says that the ideal race car has the biggest
possible engine in the smallest possible body. The DKI Stonefish was designed
with this philosophy in mind. It has no offensive weaponry. Instead, the
Stonefish relies on point-defense grenades and flame-cloud dischargers
to protect itself. The result of this design trade-off is a racing vehicle
with an un-aided top speed of more than 205 mph.
Stonefish: Streamlined sprint car, active suspension, blueprinted 300 CI gas engine w/ tubular headers, VP turbocharger, supercharger & 5-gallon duelling tank, 4 FPPR racing slicks, driver, 5 linked PDGs (1 F, 2 R, 2 L) w/ 3 bumper triggers (F, R, L), 3 FCDs (1 B, 2 U), safety/ejection seat, FP spoiler & airdam, HD shocks, HD brakes, anti-lock braking system, overdrive, FP Armor: F20, B20, R15, L15, T10, U10. WARP FACTOR SERIES
A few years ago, Radius Motors came up with the "Warp Factor" concept.
This was a series of racing vehicles covering all body types from sub-compacts
to Indy cars (including pick-ups and vans). Some racing reviewers have
called these vehicles "the cars from hell" because of the extraordinarily
high acceleration that some models are capable of. The top speeds average
over 200 mph. Each vehicle in the series is commonly referred to by a warp
number; such as Warp-2, etc. Warp-series vehicles have competed in at least
two World Racing Championship final rounds.
Warp One-A: Streamlined luxury, x-hvy chassis, hvy suspension, thundercat power plant, 4 PR racing slicks, driver, 2 linked MGs (1 F, 1 B), targeting computer, spoiler & airdam, HD brakes, overdrive, Sloped Armor: F70, B50, R15, L15, T5, U10. JOHNSON JET
The Johnson Jet is produced by Amex Combat Autoworks at its facility
here in New Omaha. It is a lightly-armed vehicle designed for Division-20
racing. It is well-armored for a race car and it has respectable top speed.
A common upgrade that many racers make to this design is to add targeting
electronics for the turreted LMG.
Johnson Jet: Sprint car, sport power plant w/ PCs, 4 HD racing slicks, driver, turreted LMG, 10 pts CA on driver, Armor: F25, B30, R30, L30, T25, U20. Acceleration: 15, HC: 7, Top Speed: 182.5 mph, 3,070 lbs, $19,900.
Driver's Equipment: Body Armor, FP suit.
DOWNSHIFT
The Downshift is the gas-powered companion to the Johnson Jet. It is
one of the safest racing vehicles around because of the standard sedan
body on which it is based. The addition of sloped armor makes the Downshift
a difficult target.
Downshift: Sedan, std chassis, hvy suspension, 350 CI gas engine w/ tubular headers & 4-gallon racing tank, 4 PR radial tires, driver, LMG (F), Swc, overdrive, 10 pts CA on driver, Sloped Armor: F14, B20, R11, L11, T1, U1. Acceleration: 15 (10 w/ overdrive), HC: 4 (5 at 60 mph +), Top Speed: 135 mph 155 mph w/ OD), Base MPG: 18, 4,001 lbs, $19,999.
BLASTRACER
Yes, O fainthearted ones! The BlastFighter goes to the race tracks.
The BlastRacers are designed for the high-firepower Dueltrack events.

C-R101A
Jontue Motors designed the C-R101A to be competitive in the low-budget
world of Division-10 racing. The C-R101A is faster than some race cars
costing much more than it does. The inclusion of a roll cage insures that
the driver will survive most crashes.
C-R101A: Streamlined compact, std chassis, hvy suspension, super power plant w/ SCs, 4 HD racing slicks, driver, roll cage, spoiler & airdam, Armor: F18, B24, R23, L23, T0, U0. Acceleration: 10, HC: 5 (6 at 60 mph+), Top Speed: 157.5 mph, 3,698 lbs, $9,994.
COMET
The Radius Motors Comet amazed the crowds at the 2042 World Racing
Championship by getting the top three starting positions. The only other
design which managed this feat was the Warp10-E, which was entered in the
2043 World Racing championship. Due to the format of the Racing Championship,
only one of the three Comets survived the race. It has good armor (for
a race car) and is armed with a light flamethrower (which gives this vehicle
its name).
Comet: Can-Am, std chassis, 400 CI gas engine w/ turbocharger, nitrous oxide & 5-gallon duelling tank, 4 PR racing slicks, driver, LFT w/ HT ammo B, Swc, spoiler & airdam, overdrive, 4 10-pt wheelguards, Armor: F25, B25, R20, L20, T8, U10. Acceleration: 15 (10 w/ OD), HC: 6 (7 at 60 mph+), Top Speed: 152.5 mph (172.5 mph w/ OD), Base MPG: 15, 4,491 lbs, $29,742.
BEETLEBOMB
In 2042, Radius Motors initiated a massive race-car design program
which resulted in such famous vehicles as the Comet and the Warp-Factor
series. One of the oddest designs which came out of this program is the
Beetlebomb. This vehicle is a funnycar which is powered only by rocket
boosters. The use of rocket boosters gives the Beetlebomb a top speed near
290 mph. The Beetlebomb's very light armor and total lack of weaponry ensures
that it will never compete in races where combat is allowed.
Beetlebomb: Streamlined funny car, x-hvy chassis, small cycle power plant, 700-lb rocket booster B, 4 PR racing slicks, driver, spoiler & airdam, HD shocks, HD brakes, anti-lock braking system, safety seat, 10 points FPCA on driver, Sloped Armor: F5, B5, R5, L5, T0, U0. Acceleration: variable, HC: 7 (8 at 60 mph+), Top Speed: 287.5 mph, 2,670 lbs, $29,272.
TOPPER
The heavily-armored Topper was designed for use on the drag-racing
circuit, where the overriding concern is for acceleration (not for combat).
Topper: Streamlined dragster, blueprinted 450 CI gas engine w/ tubular headers, VP turbocharger, supercharger & 5-gallon duelling tank, 4 PR racing slicks, driver, 2 tanks nitrous oxide, spoiler & airdam, HD brakes, anti-lock braking system, 1-space EWP (B) w/ jettison joint & drag chute, Armor: F30, B30, R25, L25, T10, U10. Acceleration: 30 (40 w/ nitrous oxide), HC: 7 (8 at 60 mph+), Top Speed: 205 mph (307.5 mph w/ nitrous oxide), Base MPG: 13, 3,990 lbs, $49,885.
TOPPER II
To produce this vehicle, the Topper was redesigned and its chassis
strengthened so that it could accommodate the use of externally-mounted
rocket boosters.
Topper II: Streamlined dragster, x-hvy chassis, blueprinted 450 CI gas engine w/ tubular headers, VP turbocharger, supercharger & 5-gallon duelling tank, 4 PR racing slicks, driver, 2 tanks nitrous oxide, 3 2-space EWPs w/ jettison joints & 200 lbs rocket booster in each (1 R, 1 L, 1 T), spoiler & airdam, HD shocks, HD brakes, anti-lock braking system, safety seat, 1-space EWP (B) w/ jettison joint & drag chute, Armor: F10, B10, R10, L10, T3, U3. Acceleration: 30 (40 w/ nitrous oxide), HC: 7 (8 at 60 mph+), Top Speed: 180 mph (270 mph w/ nitrous oxide; 205 mph w/o side & top EWPs/307.5 mph w/ nitrous oxide & no side/top EWPs), Base MPG: 13, 4,713 lbs, $63,905.
Rocket booster speed bonus: 125 mph (total).
