Pickups and campers have long been known for their ability to carry large loads. These versatile vehicles are equally at home ferrying cargo, carrying passengers or fighting in the arena. Because they have such a large weight capacity, pickups and campers often carry very heavy armor and/or weaponry. Accordingly, they should be handled with care.
BEACH BLASTER
The Beach Blaster has the classic, heavily-sprung look common to off-road
vehicles of the late 20th century. For a pickup-sized vehicle, it is lightly
armed. However, the Beach Blaster is heavily-armored and its tires are
protected.

CORNHUSKER
This well-armored Division-30 pickup was made famous some years ago
when the now-defunct AADA chapter Lincoln County Avengers used it as their
signature vehicle. Its most distinguishing feature is the awesomely-heavy
front armor. The Cornhusker also has excellent handling for a vehicle of
its weight. The good armor on the rest of the vehicle is complemented by
the fact that the tires are well-protected. If this vehicle has a fault,
it is the fact that it has no dropped weaponry.

HOT PLATE
The un-assuming Hot Plate has been one of Amex' most popular Division-25
designs. It has heavy armor, and the accuracy of the laser negates the
need for enhanced targeting systems. Duellists are not advised to engage
this vehicle from the rear because of the concealed HDFT.

MEAN MACHINE
Amex designed the Mean Machine as a partner for the Hot Plate. Its
three explosive-loaded HMGs can easily scrub off metal armor and shred
whatever is underneath. The FOJ can discourage anyone from following too
closely or seal off avenues of escape. The Mean Machine is a better design
than the Hot Plate because its weaponry doesn't drain the power plant.

CANNONEER
The Amex Cannoneer uses the roomy chassis of a camper to mount a pair
of blast cannons up front. This devastating firepower can make short work
of most other vehicle in the arena (even in the higher divisions. Although
the armor is moderate for a pickup-size vehicle, the tires are heavily-protected.
The Cannoneer is not a desireable opponent.

ROCK SLED
The Rock Sled is a heavily-armored Division-20 dueller than can hit
its enemies like a ton of bricks. The combination of an HD-loaded HMG and
three incendiary HRs is a punch that few other vehicles in the division
can withstand. The tires are unprotected, making them obvious targets in
any duels that allow tire shots.

The Heavy Tread is designed for the popular sport of winter autoduelling.
This vehicle has a great deal of combat endurance because of its large
ammo supply and its very thick armor. Since the VMG is mounted to the front,
this handicaps the Heavy Tread when attacked from the sides or the rear.

The Radius Motors Blitzkrieg is one of the deadliest campers on the
road. Its forward firepower is enough to destroy most other vehicles in
one shot. Since the Blitzkrieg's armor is light relative to its weaponry,
this vehicle should be attacked from the rear.

HARDNOSE
After designing the BlastFighters, Radius Motors turned its attention
towards building a camper with the same capabilities. The result of this
effort was the Hardnose. This vehicle has the same tough armor package
as the BlastFighter, which makes it a dangerous customer in any encounter.
