Once a year the city of Midville blocks off its downtown streets and brings in the racers. This usually happens in June and lasts a whole week. Several classes of racers participate in this event, including Can-Ams, Indys, and stock cars. This track has been used at Gencon '96 in the finals for the 2046 World Racing Championship and for the 2046 Midwest Racing Championships.
