Helter Skelter Arena
Liverpool, England

Built in 2033 this area succeeds with utter madness of its design. A regular season is run from April to October using cars, cycles and trikes. The Helter Skelter Arena is part of the Royal Crown Circuit. The Management awards any duelist that scores the most kills in the least amount of time, a so-called 'killing spree.' Awards can range from money, Gold Cross membership or repairs.

The zig-zag ramp is permanently covered in oil. Grandstands hold 40,000.

Arena Defenses:
Atop all the obstacles are turrets with universally mounted lasers. Each turret has 50 DP of polished metal armor.
