Cody Speedway
North Platte, Nebraska

The speedway was constructed in 2049 to honor the Old West hero Bill Cody. Nicknamed "The Octagon" because of its layout, the Cody Speedway runs a regular season from April to October. Car, trikes, cycles, and sprint cars are the regular vehicles used in speedway events. The Cody Speedway is part of the Flashfire Circuit.

Track Features:
The outer walls are 15 feet high and have 100 DP. Inner walls are 3 feet high and have 40 DP. Garages stand 15 feet high and have 40 DP. The track surface is composed of unbanked dirt and gravel, and is considered off-road. Overall  track length is .33 of a mile. Grandstands hold 10,000. No dropped weapons, turrets, and EWPs are allowed in track events.

Schedule:
Monday & Tuesday - Closed.
Wednesday - Time Trials.
Thursday - Practice.
Friday - Amateur/Challenge Night.
Saturday - AADA Divisionals.
Sunday - Special Events.

Special Events:
Tournaments - Local, state, and regional events are held the speedway. Prestige is multiplied by the tournament level.

Pony Express - Each racer has two cars; one on the track and one in the pits. The race starts from zero at the starting line, each racer completing three laps before heading into the pits. Once there and at a stop, the racers get into their second car and do three more laps to complete the race. Temporary speed boosters are banned from this event. Prestige is tripled.

Buffalo Hunt - There are two fields of racers. One is comprised of buffalo, stock unarmed designs. The others are the hunters. Both groups start on opposite sides of the track. The hunters must take out as many buffalo as they can without being taken out by each other. The hunt last five laps or until the last buffalo is killed. Prestige is doubled.
