Boomerang Arena

Built in 2054, the Boomerang runs a regular season from April to October and features car, cycle, trike and hovercraft events. The arena is also know as the Flying Wing and the Bat due to its shape. The Boomerang is part of the Royal Flash Circuit.

Arena Features:
Outer walls are 15 feet high and have 100 DP. The tunnels and gates are 10 feet high, and the gates have 10 DP and will open when rammed. Along the arena perimeter are eight universally-turreted VMGs w/150 points of armor each. The arena floor is paved.

Special Events:
Boomerang - The winner is the duelist that is able to exit the arena via their entry gate first. At least one complete circuit of the arena must be done first. The number of circuits can be as high as ten. Additionally, a minimum amount of time must be spent in the arena, starting at fifteen turns and can go as high as thirty. Exiting the arena can be done either in a vehicle or on foot. Prestige is doubled.

Tournaments - Local, state, and regional level events are held at the Roddenberry Racing Complex. Prestige is multiplied by the tournament level (local x1, state x 2, and regional x 3). Usually these are week-long events.
